At Michael Flight Apparel, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify-powered e-commerce store.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Flat rate or calculated at checkout via Shopify shipping integration

Express Shipping (U.S.):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Cost varies based on location and weight

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

  • Rates calculated at checkout (varies by country)

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your local government. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website or through your account on www.mikestayfly.com.

4. Shipping Providers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier availability may vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

5. Shipping Issues

Michael Flight Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs for international shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@mikestayfly.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most U.S. states and international destinations supported by Shopify.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please review your address carefully before confirming your order.
